We recognise our business values and operations must meet the expectations of our stakeholders which includes customers, employees, investors, suppliers, the community and the environment.

  7. We shall develop environmental protection objectives as part of our business model.

  8. We will register and resolve customer complaints and maintain high standards of service.

  9. We shall operate an equal opportunities policy for all present and future employees and will offer our employees clear and fair terms of employment and provide resources to enable their continual development.

  10. We shall maintain a clear and fair employee remuneration policy and shall maintain forums for employee consultation.

  11. We shall provide safeguards to ensure that all employees of whatever nationality, age, colour, race or religious belief are treated with respect and without sexual, physical or mental harassment.

  12. We shall provide, and strive to maintain, a clean, healthy and safe working environment in line with our Health and Safety policy.
